My Travel Photography

Travel and cultural immersion have been lifelong passions of mine. It started with a trip to Italy in 2000 for World Youth Day — I was an undergraduate at the College of Mount St. Joseph, traveling with a group of University of Dayton students. We stayed at a convent in Rome alongside young people from Germany, Senegal, Brazil, and Italy, and something about that convergence of cultures left a permanent mark on me. I’ve been chasing that feeling ever since.

Since that first trip, I’ve visited nearly 20 countries. A few favorites from Europe and the Asia Pacific are captured below.
